When I like the way a non-Star Wars deck works, I try to figure out a way to bring it to Star Wars. In this case, I was looking for a Star Wars character who could use the CORRUPTION concept from the really fun Eye of Sauron deck. Umondy’s suggestion of the Sith Lord Freedon Nadd appears to be the perfect fit, and he’s even often depicted wearing a Sauron-like helmet. In fact, Freedon Nadd’s ghost is an even more perfect fit for the Eye concept, though if people would rather see the live version in all his glory, I don’t mind making that adjustment.
This is basically an exact copy of the Eye deck for now (some changes to HP and to the minor deck) but I would like to mold it into something more original. Perhaps the biggest decision is who is minor(s) should be, and there are many options. Exar Kun probably makes the most sense, him or Ulic Qel-Droma, but both already have an excellent deck in the EU Expansion. Then again, Exar Kun is worthy of inclusion in another deck. Or, perhaps Aleema and Satal Keto? Or maybe 2 Naddist cultists? But we already have one of those.
What does this deck do: Corrupts, and pressures you to either play your cards or go after him before he corrupts you further.

Vassal X-Y: 700, 2150, in a spot held by Kylo Ren for a long while, part of the late 2022 X-Y shakeup.
Nice, I actually was thinking about that he left his biggest impact after his death. So I think this is very fitting. Exar really is the obvious choice even though I always dreamed about a cool deck featuring Aleema and Satal Keto because they are pretty cool and unique but never received any love.
