Puerto Rico is my favorite game of all time besides Star Wars Epic Duels.  I mostly play it online at boardgamearena.com and the last time I played it casually with the 1670 group, it was a reminder not to play the game casually.  I’ve finished 2nd and 4th in 2 years in GenCon tournaments and been among the top 4-player players on Board Game Arena.  I have played with the expansion and I like it, though I do prefer the original game, the “balanced” version.
